Wonder what this is about. I'm positive he will say "we haven't made any desicions on Brandon Roy or Greg Odens future."

It's to announce that Nate has been watching a lot of soccer during the lockout and is intrigued how a sport that can end with the score of 1-0. Because of this Nate would like to slow down the tempo even more so that there won't be any further damage to Roy's knees and would give the team the chance to focus on defense.

In support of this Larry Miller is going to petition the league to try out a 7 min shot clock this season.
 
I don't want to ... you know ... make any statements. it's a process. We feel we have the best fans in the world, Paul is still committed to bringing a championship to Portland ... and you know ... it's not just one person, we've got a team of people making decisions ... and you know ... I want to say that I don't have any interest in the general manager position, we like Chad, we like our coach and we like our team.

Right? You'd think we were Clippers fans dealing with Donald Sterling and not the most free-spending owner in the league. Guess the lockout let a lot of negativity build up and this is the great purge. :MARIS61:
