Ugandan dictator Idi Amin taking control of the country, he meets an Irish doctor in an accident and asks him to be his personal doctor...it goes through all his interactions with Amin....then he realizes about the atrocities, Amin becomes a monster...and the ending is the Irish doctor trying to get out. Forrest Whitaker is AMAZING.
