this doesn't come as a suprise to me either. there is no reason not to bring him back next year. the only thing im a little worried about is that he doesn't have head coaching experience, just like byron. i would kind of like a coach who can teach our guys and coach at the same time. i think if you get a teacher of the game to be the coach, your team and can improve in more ways. i would just like to see us try and get pat riley. iknow he is involved with miami now and maybe the lakers will contact him, but he is personally one of my fav coaches and you know he will most likely be a coach again, so i hope that could be with us. frank has some proving to do this coming year. he will have his own offseason, own training camp and his own team to start the 82 game season and playoffs. be interesting how he handles a full season of injuries (hopefully not again like this past yr) and what happens when things dont go right. im sure he will do fine b/c he has a good head on his shoulders and is no basketball dummie. so congrats to coach frank, he deserves it because he is loyal and only wants the best for his players. players/team comes first and he doesn't want to take any of the credit, gotta love that in a coach.
