It's pretty good. Choose a new font and blend it in a bit. Maybe blend in the pixel stretch in the bg a bit more. I love the render effects though.

There are a bunch of ways. You can lower opacity but sometimes that leaves it looking too see through. When you lower opacity try adding a gradient overlay to the text but lower the opacity on that too.Also you can use blending modes. I don't normally do this but it can look good if you duplicate the layers.

I love everything but the text. Render looks awesome. BG is pretty good too.
