Leftovers

My mom works a long shift at the hospital so she told us to just make leftovers for dinner. I just made two delicious thanksgiving leftover sandwichs...Two pieces of wheat bread, a layer of juicy turkey meat, a layer of mashed potatoes...and some thick gravy...OMG it's unbelieveable...thought I'd share.

haha...nice topic.But my favorite part about thanksgiving is leftovers. I didnt eat practically all of yesterday until we ate our thanksgiving dinner, and I could only eat one plate. I made it massive and I ate it way too fast. So as of right now, we have 2 fridges filled with leftovers and I am excited about it. Well not really filled, but you know what I mean. I am stoaked!

I will say some leftovers are good, but most are bad.-Pizza-Pasta, not lasagna, my moms isnt that good leftover, but when its freshly made its amazing-Rice, oh my with a little mexican cheese and barbeque sauce soooooo good-Chink Food-CheeseburgersThose are probably the best leftovers that I believe in.

I hate leftovers.But there is something special about Thanksgiving leftovers. Nothing beats a turkey sandwich the day after Thanksgiving. It is a true American tradition (or at least it should be).
