Besides the Cavs and Lakers, I still think the Blazers are the team that could go far and surprise a lot of people. I like Greg Oden coming off the bench, and Joel Przybilla is playing possessed right now. And I may get a lot of people calling me crazy in the mailbag for this, but Brandon Roy is just as good as Deron Williams or Chris Paul at the point. The Blazers are a very exciting young team with a lot to prove, so if we're talking a playoff sleeper pick, they're it.

What did Lil Wayne do that was so despicable? Mind you, I don't think I've ever heard one of his songs, so the question stems from ignorance not a defense of him.

lil wayne is garbage..although his old music i like...he is pretty knowledgeable in sports....
 
I won't feel too confident until I hear what The Sugar Hill Gang, Too Short, Sir Mix-A-Lot, Big Daddy Kane and LL Cool J give Portland the thumbs up.
 
I hate it when this idiot is on First Take. I turn the channel. He has no good takes. Never heard his music. Don't care to. It's his takes that suck.

I also find it funny that a Disney owned station will allow an absolute known drug user to sit on the First Take panel. I don't care either way, I just find it interesting that they overlook that part of his personality in favor of the fact that it's supposedly "hip" to have him on the show. :dunno:

A friend of mine told me that in a interview he was asked "don't you think your drug use and blah blah is a bad example for your daughter?". and he said "i think if someone needs a role model to see how to live there life they dont deserve to live".
