It's cool. Not as cool as being named by the coaches, but still cool.

Last 10 players with 2+ All-Star honors in first 3 NBA seasons: Carter, Yao, James, Wade, Roy, Rose, Griffin, Irving, Davis, Lillard.

Wonder if it's too late for Dame to defend his skills challenge now?

I assume since Westbrook is there, he doesn't get the Lettter O?

I think Westbrook should just get a bowtie and fake glasses without a number

Eh. Was hoping he'd be left off of it to rest. This may hurt us longer term in the 2nd half. Happy as hell for him, though.

Blazers allstars play about 30 seconds in allstar games..no worries

True. More thinking about all the stuff that comes a long with it though. All the obligations is what makes it tiring.

Yeah all the media stuff would be way more draining then the game itself.

Lillard should still challenge Durant for his all star spot. Give it to Wes if he wins.

I'm glad for Dame. It's likely that Aldridge will start. When is the last time a Blazer started in the All Star game? 1992?

Durant shouldn't be an All-Star, let alone a starter.

Lillard doesn't deserve it. He's very inefficient. Shoots barley over 40% and his 3 point shooting is like 33% this year

Overall Lillard isn't as good as he was the first 2 months of the season. The last 2 months on the other hand have been terrible for Lillard.

Imo he's slightly overrated

Worth a watch:

And this was done after Dame started struggling.

If Durant is playing... then Lillard should be there, really. Slump or not, he's proven himself.

Has Lillard been quoted about this yet? Has he thanked the league and said he's glad to return etc?
