Did you even watch the game Dog or did you just look at the box score? If you just look at the box score it does appear Damian was playing unguarded. But if you actually made the effort to watch the game you would see the GSW actually did make an effort to play defense on him.

Someone would have to check the other 4 players stats against Lillard's to see. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do it or I would.
