Live streams?

Does anyone know of any websites that show like live streams of sporting events. I want t owatch the Barcelona soccer game here an a hour but I don't know websites that show them or how it works. I know the other night some site was streaming a perfect, non laggy UFC event and I was wondering if they do the same for like overseas soccer games.
