Not bad, seems like the colours are unbalanced. The stars are a little bit too big for my taste too, but other than that it's alright.

Personally, I think you should have taken away the stars or reposition them at least. Secondly, I think you should have also added some broken down houses faded in the BG like in an artistic/classical way therefore it can compliment the title much more because a "Southside Story" in Llyod Banks case is a struggle and with broken down houses it could have represented that. Not bad overall.

The huge pic in the b/g kills it. I agree with Avery or you shoulda just made it plain black.
