That is not the solution. They need to stop spending on stupid shit. They're going to spend 1 billion dollars to plant trees along the 101 freeway to make it an "urban park" so when people are stuck in traffic running over big fucking potholes while dodging illegal mexicans selling fruit baskets, at least they can see the cherry blossoms bloom.
