The Fort Wayne Mad Ants held off the Sioux Falls Skyforce 108-102 despite a late fourth quarter rally by the Skyforce.

In the first quarter of the play the lead went back and forth and finished with both teams locked in at 25 apiece. Marvin Phillips Jr. scored 11 of his 17 points for the Mad Ants in the second period as the Ants took control and were up 62-54 heading into the locker rooms at the half.

It was much of the same in the third as Walker Russell Jr. had a 12 point third period for the Mad Ants to help extend their lead to 16 points.

The Mad Ants led by as many as 19 points in the final period but the Skyforce would not go away silently as they went on a 13-0 run to close out the final minutes of the game to come within 6 points. It was too little too late as the Mad Ants held on for the win.

The Skyforce were led by Raymond Sykes who finished with 19 points. Anthony Harris added 17 and Maureece Rice contributed 16 points off of the bench.

Russell led all scorers with 22 points. Phillips finished 17 and 9 rebounds as Anthony Kent came off the bench with 15 points of his own.
