Russia used memes and "useful idiots" to spread propaganda. This was an actual strategy that was central to their interference campaign.

.....Maga literally had "Meme Mondays" on his Twitter.

Friends with him on FB. Seems super busy with his family.

Most russian bots are very busy with family these days.

Bump!

The investigation into troll farms responsible for this has been completed.

I can't wait for the details. Twitter Maga's were their primary targets.

This photo of Butina sums up how absolutely balls-out dumb the Russian thought the NRA and its comrades were.

Turns out, not wrong. https://t.co/mhkqrNttta

More fallout - different angle, same premise. The Russians specifically targeted "idiots of the right" because they would "fall for it and run with it."

So many ran with it - including one or our own

Mags: Oblivious agent of the Kremlin

They definitely did find a LOT of gullible people. And while Mags might have been wealthy, that doesn't take away from the fact he was gullible as fuck.

Mags got what he wanted, a big tax cut. Mags is doing great under Trump.

That changes nothing of what I said though. ;)

he's still gullible.

If someone says they're going to give me a bunch of money, I believe them, then they give me a bunch of money, how does that make me gullible?

If the devil buys your immortal soul for a pile of magic beans, are you gullible?

All depends on what stocks he has money in. December is on track for the worst month of December in the stock market since I believe it was said 1930.

In the short term, yeah.

His presidency is illegitimate. As outspoken as John was about Hillary's shadyside, he's mum on Trump.

I think it's the other crap that doesn't benefit him.
Also, I see him as gaining a short term benefit at the severe expense of the country we all love and hold dear. I've never minded paying my fair share of taxes. Also, I expect my tax money to be spent either helping the disadvantaged, running the basic governmental other needs or defending our country. This far outweighs the tax windfall I may get from the new tax code.

Don't you think that someone of good conscience would be concerned about the needy and all the problems we will face should we not address their problems?

I went from moderately aggressive to moderately conservative a few weeks ago so I was insulated from the 500 point drop today. Oh yeah, Trump is working wonders. I'm speechless with his performance.

People with radical political views, both on the left and the right, are less able to judge when they are incorrect, a study suggests.

Scientists at University College Londonfound those on the political fringes tended to overestimate their certainty after getting questions wrong.

Well geez, I'm glad they have that figured out. Who knew that zealots were overly zealous in their opinions?
