Snow, ice and freezing rain. There predicting 2-4 inches. They say It will worm up and just last 1 day. As I remember it this is kind of how 2004 storm started when it lasted for a week and we got 12 inches.

woke up to snow and ice this morn...still some on the ground tonight

HAHAHA

"Welcome to the snow, motha fucka"

My cat would fucking KILL a dog if it even got that close.

Well, at least she'd be visible in the snow.

Speaking of Snow, I hope we get snow instead of Ice out here in Cascade Park. When I lived out West in Downtown Vancouver, it always snowed more there than it did here in Cascade Park. I think it had more to do with being closer to the cold air coming off of the River. Which is ironic, because Cascade Park is slightly higher in elevation, so one would think that you would get more snow there.

But anyways....I can deal with snow. I can't deal with ice.

I wont believe it until I see it. The local weatherman/news over hypes every little chance of snow and they are often wrong, we dont get anything.

That's where I come down on this. Saw something from the channel 12 guys saying it was going to be "the most significant winter weather event since February 2014". Lame. We had one point last year where the sleet ended up creating a 1/2" thick sheet of ice covering everything; I seriously doubt we have anything approaching that tomorrow.

I think it's a school conspiracy....they'll call a snow day in Oregon with a half inch of dusting on the road...!

I remember school buses with chains in 2 feet of snow in oregon. you want to see pathetic look down south. one guy made the front page 2 years ago cause he slid off the road and had to walk in the frigid cold for help. the picture had his foot prints in a dusting that didnt cover the soul of his shoes. and it was probably 33 degrees.

I grew up in real snow country...snow plows out clearing bus routes all night...what they call snow days in Lane County is pretty sad these days

Someone should let him know it's not pronounced "or eeee gawn"
