My grandfather, murdered all of my aunts and uncles on my moms side, and was also convicted of attempted murder on my mom and grandma. I can only speak for our family, but we have actually tried to not forget him, when I was pretty young my mom had the talk with me about him. Like how PTSD effected him, how to live through tragedies. When my kids are old enough, I still have the news paper clippings and things from my grandmother, and I’ll talk to them too.

Bundy didn't hole a candle to this guy. Manson had demonic holds over so many others...causing them to act out unprecedented and treacherous acts of violence and murder that to this day are head-shakers.

I think it's odd to say Bundy didn't hold a candle to Manson.. Bundy killed at least 30 young women, probably more. And the guilt of the Manson Family murders is not on Manson alone.

OK, agreed on that. I was simply saying Bundy acted alone, whereas Manson cast his spell on at least a dozen others.

That's fair. Honestly I didn't know much about Manson until recently.

Manson was responsible for the deaths of a handful. Bundy was responsible for a minimum of 30 whom he confessed to, but perhaps as many as 60 or even more. A lot of girls went missing while Bundy was on his rampage.
