You were right not to bet me.

That would be betting that there's not a Deep State controlling our government, which runs our Elections, so I would actually be betting against what I know is fact.

I don't take sucker's bets.

I will absolutely keep my end of the bargain/wager.

Curious, did the Deep State favor Trumps election in 2016? Or did they suddenly turn on him because of his total disregard for democracy? :dunno:

With you, I wouldn't mind paying it off. I would have considered it an honor. In case you would mind paying it off, I'd be happy to foot the bill.

Only shallow people believe in the deep state.
What deep state? The one in fantasy land?
It's sheer unadulterated idiocy to believe there is such a thing. Madness, really.

Absolutely not. We're gonna take you two out on the town. Whatever tickles your fancy. Are there any good jazz clubs in Portland if we're up to some post-dinner music? Oh, man, I remember Jimmy Mak's! Is it still open?

I went in 2018. But with the pandemic, who knows anymore. Great club though. Such a good vibe.
Jimmy Mak's closed after New Year's eve 2016. They had plans to reopen on NW 10th in 2019 but that never happened. I wish I would have known about it when it was open. I love jazz. I love having a drink while listening and I'll even lower myself to tolerating po0r food just to eat it in such a club.

Wow really? I went in 2015 then. Holy crud, I coulda swore it was 2018.

This year has messed up my entire sense of history lol.

Regardless, I agree... it was fantastic to just get a drink and have some great music playing.

I'll say, you're responding to a 3 year old post!

It's a joke implying that the pandemic has made time seem to stand still. As in, "What do you mean? March was 17 years ago"

A supposed fact that didn't stop you from creating and regularly updating a thread entitled "HERE'S WHY TRUMP WILL SERVE 2 TERMS."

You absolutely believed that Trump would win re-election, you're just trying to cope with his being one of the biggest losers in Presidential electoral history (incumbents rarely lose). "It was all fixed anyway" is one of the classic excuses losers use.

I bet the votes were counted by Pac 12 refs!

(at least, if you ask Duck fans, they're the worst in the world!)
