Master league player development

Hey.

Does anyone have any idea about which players develop the best/most in Master League. I found Fabregas to be pretty good.

My goal is to buy players who have age on their side (18-22) and have them develop to be a killer team.

Any ideas?

Buy A player called Baumjohann. He's a created player and he is 18 (depending on what year your in) By the way this is on PES 5 coz i can't be assed to start a master league on PES 6 yet so there's a possibility he isn't there
