I have to say I kind of like it. I do not really know why though. I think I like that we are pushing the envelope a bit. This is the only press our bball team is going to get this year. We are going to be terrible.

You fired Ernie Kent (good move) and then took too long to hire a replacement (bad move). Some of the kids that Kent recruited decided to transfer.

More importantly than my opinion though is the opinion of 16-17 years old kids. My 15 year old nephew thinks it's the coolest thing in the world, and he is from Seattle and will be a Husky.

Take the uniforms for example. The traditionalists, and people who have been around for a while make fun of them non-stop. But the kids are absolutely eating them up, and they love it.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. There was a backlash to the uniforms as well, but now people love them. I kind of wish they had used green instead of gold, but hey, whatever works...
