Seeing as we lack size and depth up front, do you guys think it would be smart to sign Mo Taylor now that the Knicks have waived him? The guy has undeniable talent, and if we can get him to work hard, he could really help us.

Maurice Taylor doesn't play that big. He likes to float around in the perimter 18 feet or so away from the basket, and wait for his turn to take a shot. The Nets need an interior scorer and banger who can grab boards to compliment Krstic. Though, he wouldn't be a bad option as he can take some of Cliff's minutes if he starts to decline even more.

Yea P.A.P pretty much sums up my opinion as well. We don't even have any room for him, so there's pretty much no reason to talk about it. We're pretty desperate to get a good PF but Taylor doesn't solve our problem.

I believe we are dropping McInnis. Ya, I guess we don't need another perimeter big, but it'd be nice to get another solid interior scorer.

We have no room. Taylor is a good player but like P.A.P said he doesn't like to play like a big man and go down in the post and get us points in the paint.

He's an upgrade at PF if he is willing to play whatever role the Nets need, and plays D.

Maurice used to play big back in his Michigan days and when he was 6th man candidate on the rockets. He has the footwork, but seems as if injury has turned him into a jumpshooter. We could if he can be like Antonio McDyess is for Detroit.

We are getting rid of McInnis, but that is for Jay Williams.

Pretty big IF and in my opinion if we don't get him there won't be much of a difference.
