My boss just told me ESPN reports we're making a major effort to get Lee. I have no link.

Apparently Quick said he has a source that has confirmed the Blazers have now inquired about Gerald Wallace again.

Also the Blazers have indeed inquired about Lee, but Quick said he had it confirmed from the Blazers side that while they like him as a player, they don't want to pay the price.

This is my next guy I want. I really hope that happens. Add him, and then move on to Kirk Hinrich. That would be an incredible summer.

Not really. If you think about it, what's your real goal for Batum? IMO, if he turns out as good as Wallace, we would be extremely fortunate. So when it comes to making the decision, if that is what it would take, that is a no brainer. Pull the trigger.

We wouldn't need to trade RLEC. Wallace could fit without taking much back if they were looking to move salary just. I can't see that being the case, but who knows. I would like Wallace, but I'm not going to get super excited about us inquiring baout him, if the price previously was Batum.

I'd have to think long and heard about trading Rudy in a deal for Crash. Would much rather trade Outlaw, Blake, Webster, and all the cash Bob Johnson desires ($3 mil, max).
