Going to sleep soon. I hope Santa has a gift for me from 7:30 to 10pm tomorrow night....
 
This should be a big test for the Blazers IMO. After the tremendously successful road trip, now we get to see the Blazers play a really good team (2nd in the western conference IMO). We dropped one to Denver earlier this year, but I didn't feel the Blazers were ready to face a team of that caliber yet when that game went down.

Well we have a lot of hours until then. Might as well watch a few other games. Time to go root for NY to win so that Utah doesn't get a lotto pick.
 
we should all be knicks fans.... infact its even funny how they beat us .... yet in reality... it was a win win for the blazers!


knicks arent as bad as many think. in the east... they could get the 8 seed.
 
I'd love to see us give Denver a beating tonight- but we have no one that could remotely guard Carmelo, unless Webster has some hidden depth.

If Billups doesn't play then you have to double team Carmello. That means you have to live with giving JR Smith some looks. I know, I know, he made 10 3's the other night. Last year, he made 11 the game before we played them (last game of the season) and then went 2-7 against us. Obviously if he hits a few of them early you have to rethink that strategy - you can't let him go 10-17 from 3 point range.
 
Anyone know if Roy is playing tonight?

No my main man Bayless is going to get like 15 minutes now. Sad. :(

Oh well Roy being back is good, but I wonder if he is still feeling pain. Good chance to use Roy as a decoy for Bayless if he is off at all tonight?

Blazers get no respect. Mark Jones talking about Brandon Roy, says he was "1st time all star a season ago" . . . really Mark? Because I thought last year was his SECOND All Star Game.

Damn. No length at the wings and in the post is really going to kill us. Oh well, they're still playing hard which is about all I can ask.

We had one less OReb than them at the end of the 1st.
 
The energy of this game feels terrible. I'm worried Denver is going to run away with this thing. It's just too easy for them offensively right now.
