Just read that Forbes valued this team at 3.2 Billion Dollars. Look at this years team, Jesus Christ, watched a bit of last nights game and I agree, the Yes announcers are pimping bullshit.
The spring training nonsense can't end fast enough. Lets dig in and see what kind of disaster we're dealing with.
I'm afraid that as the pages are turned we will go from reading a well written classic to a dime store novel authored by the Katzenjammers and their stooges.
lol, okay.
But they do have a couple of "good" young prospects/players, after 2016 will have at least 38 mil coming off the books, at least 68 mil will be gone by 2018 and, imo -
there's a fair chance the Yankees could soon have one of the better young SS in MLB.
We'll probably still be complainting about the Yanks' inability to produce a legitimate ace-type young SP. This is what concerns me most as we turn the pages.
I believe the Yanks will soon have a couple of good young players from the system on the field but they're going to need the pitching to help put the team back on top.
Very good young inexpensive SPs can do wonders for an organization.
(on the field and in the pocket).
I believe after the 2016 season there's over 60M coming off the books between CC, Tex & Beltran.
Yeah I don't know how they can make us believe it when they don't even believe it.
