Today's negotiations ended after just seven minutes. We're hours away from the current CBA expiring and a lockout.

I don't see the owners budging on free agency.

The parties have some time and will try to successfully negotiate. However, if the MLBPA strikes~screw them. Minor leagues would have to be our choice.

The players may get some minor concessions, but if, as I believe, the owners won't budge on FA eligibility and arbitration eligibility, the players really don't have a realistic reason to actually go out on strike.

In Mercer County NJ, The AA Trenton Thunder WAS an affiliate of the Yankees. That was fun going there.
