Actually, if he goes to the Grizzlies, he'd probably earn a spot in their starting rotation. They have more cap room than any team outside of Charlotte, and they need another bigman to play alongside Gasol, at either the four or five spot, because Gasol's versatile enough to play either.
I guess the only real hang-up is whether the Grizzlies target Moore, Milic, or Varejao. Apparently they've offered Varejao a five year contract worth $41 million, but he'd like to stick around with the Cavs, so if they give him the full mid-level exception, then he's likely staying in Cleveland. Then after Varejao, Milicic is probably their biggest target. If neither one signs with Memphis though, I'm expecting Moore to be the Grizzlies' starting center next season.
