As promised, I would try to keep you informed of the investigation into Biogenesis on the Miami level. On Thursday, MLB and their attorney's filed a motion in court to have all evidence from the whistle blower Porter Fischer, squashed to the point that he can't release his information to even law enforcement. Watch the 5 minute clip below and comment. MLB while making Arod look like Saddam, is as guilty as Arod. They deserve each other.

The fact that MLB would not want law enforcement to be invovled or to have knowledge off Biogenesis is amazing. I am sure whatever agency will file a motion to overrule this based on upcoming or pending investigations but it shows you the MLB's arrogance and it just doesn't make sense.
