It scratches my discs and it makes goofy noises/the light goes on and off all the time. I was wondering what to do with it, where I could get it fixed. I bought it from WalMart last Easter.

Did you get the warantee!?!? My unlcle's was messing up too and he got it replaced hassle-free.

I know with our warantee, we could just return it and get another one. Presuming you didn't buy one, your best bet would be to go ask at Wal Mart for repair.

Return it..Haha, one time I was playing NBA 2k6, and I accidently kicked my 360, and it fell sideways. The game got screwed up, and it was toast. I just returned it the next day and got a new one, no questions asked. Too easy.

Well they told me you are'nt supposed to move the Xbox at all. Not from the vertical to the horizontal position or vice-versa. I wrecks the game apparently.

Ive had this problem also. I have had it for about 5 weeks though. Im waiting to take it back beacause the Y button doesn't work also.

Is there a store where I can get it fixed? Like Best Buy or Geek Squad...or something?

I was just shifting my legs well I wasnt paying attention, and I knocked it over. I now have it farther away from me so I can't knock it over in any way.

I remember this computer nerd in high school saying that he had laptop hard drives in all his PC's, because you could take them in a car or whatever and they wouldn't break.

I haven't really looked at the Xbox that closely. Maybe that's not why, it was just a thought.

What you need is the 360 air conditioner. The 360 has problems with overheating and causing damage to the game. It cost 15-20 bucks.

It seems like perminant problems, not something a cooler could change. Could you give me links or something?

Most of my friends had similar problems that you do, The guy at Best Buy told them to buy a 360 cooler and the problem was solved.

My 360 is back! I was reading about how you should have it verticle, and I flipped it verticly and now everything works fine, like magic. I noticed last night that it does get pretty hot and today I went to GameSpot to see if they had coolers, they are $20 and I might get one in a few days, woohoo. :dribble:

Make sure you don't put your 360 on carpet or around random garbage left around either. It makes it hotter.

Do you have NBA 2k7? I want to play you really badly.

I have had my 360 for a few months now, I keep it horizontal and I have never moved it. Zero problems, whatsoever. BCB heard you were supposed to keep it vertical, I was told by the guy at Best Buy that I should keep it horizontal, and my friend (who's dad works for come computer company) said it doesn't matter.

NBA 2k7 for 360 is unbelievable.

I'm looking for a game. Do you want to play me, Celticballa?

I know if you got it when it came out theres a # u can call and get it fix for free

I rented 2k7 today and played one game with the Bucks...the gameplay is really solid but the numbers on the game come up blurry on my TV and I can hardly make them out...ugh...

Nah, sorry. I don't like playing online. I play a bunch in my association or with friends.

I've only had my 360 for about a week now and it works good, We keep the 360 on the box it came in and put the 360 on top of it, hopefully it doesen't have any problems in the future, when you get these cooler things for the 360 were do you put them and what do they look like?
