Please don't say they are a bunch of Nazi's. I have several relatives that are police officers and they are super people and genuinely want to help the community. All three are independents.

There has been a wave of anti cop especially amongst democrats.

give me a break...We have a great officers protecting your ass and mine. Sure there are bad apples in every group, but to insinuate they are police state is BS.

Take your own break, those are earned not given.

We are talking about police union political endorsements not individual officers. You seem eager to have an argument with people who think police are Nazis. I don't see any of those types of people on here and i have never heard of anyone who thinks our police force as Nazis. That sounds like a weird right wing propaganda talking point.

Ridiculous, several posters have made it clear they regard all cops as racists and criminal thugs.

No sir...you labeled the union/police force a police state. Now thats a very radical left leaning statement.
Im a libertarian that supports are Military & Police Officers.

Actually I think the best two unions are Masters Mates & Pilots & EBEW

Im not real high on teachers union, either is my wife as she taught for 40 years. She was pissed that many good young teachers that performed extremely well would get bumped for seniority regardless of performance. Plus to political.

I'm high on SPEEA where I was a member.
I'm also high on the Baker's Union 114 where my wife was a member.
I'm high on the bricklayer's union where my father was a member.
And I'm high on the Portland Carpenters' Union where my friend's father was their secretary and near life long member.
I'm also high on the Teachers' Union where another friend of mine was a member.
I'm also high on the Coal Miners' Union because I've heard stories about what coal mining was like before unions when my grandfather was a coal miner in Alabama.
I'm high on unions in general because I know throughout history what it was like before there were unions.

Those are all good unions. Although I've never belonged to one I do appreciate what they do for the most part.
My dad was in the Master Mates and Pilots my sons are in EBEW. Ive got relatives in teachers, painters, bakers, musicians, etc.
