From tonight until Nov.3. I think there might be blackout restrictions, but out of state fans should be fine.

You can watch four of the first five Blazer games that aren't on National TV.

The Blazer games will be blacked out in most of Oregon and Washington.

I love league pass, I think I'll get it again this year.
 
Check with someone more IT savvy than me, but couldn't you circumvent the restriction by downloading one of those free IP routers? Just link up with a router outside of the 150 mile limit.
 
NBA is really cracking down on streaming this year! Thought I would watch some of the Celtics vs Cleveland on justin.tv but everyone gets shut down with in minutes.
