That sounds about right with me. I think we are the 4th best team in the league. We maybe will become 3rd if we can keep this pace and Indiana falters a bit. I'm not 100% certain that will happen though.

The Miami heat and the team to beat. Until they drop dramatically, they will always be a top 3 team.

Nah. They're playing well, but I don't think they're playing as hot as their win streak indicates they are ... if that makes any sense?

That's not a knock on them by the way, because I think if anything they're winning through their emerging chemistry and resilience more than just having a "hot hand." They still can shoot a lot more efficiently and the defense can still get a lot better.

This kid Lilliard is coming along beautifully in his second season. Aldridge is already a terrific two-way player who can play multiple positions and it seems Wes Matthews has figured out what he should be doing with that team, how he should fit in, and more important what he should NOT be trying to do. Hard to watch Portland and not be impressed by what they're doing.

And they have been beat, 1 more time than the blazers. They also lost to the nets who, as you know,were shown how a real team plays when the blazers shit on Jason kidds soon to be short coaching career.

I never thought id see the day when stein has it right over the others.
