OT NBA return idea

Bored thinking of ways to start the season back up, I think a fun idea would be the following:

1) Immediate 30 team playoff, west held at Disney Land, east held At Disney World.

2) Top 7 seeds safe from elimination from week 1 of playoffs.

3) Bottom 8 seeds hold a single elimination tournament to decide 8 seed for each conference.

4) Have NBA Finals played at a Hawaiian resort a week after conference finals conclude.

ratings for the single elimination tournament would be astronomical and could create a ton of buzz and upsets.

That's all fun sounding but I don't think Disneyland has the facilities to host a whole slate of teams like Disney World does. And finals in Hawaii sounds exciting but I think the goal would be to reduce travel for not only the players but the media. Otherwise, I love your plan.
