We'll get either (A) a failed "experienced" GM who has no other options (see Nash, John), or (B) a young assistant GM with no experience who will learn on the job and won't have the credentials to stand up to Bert Kolde and the Vulcans. Which means (C), we'll be back in the same spot in three years, but with a worse team.
