Over the past few years I've read many quotes from PSAs expressing concerns about the looming boogie men sanctions (most recently from Budda Baker). Clearly other programs have been using the fear of the unknown against UO when competing for the same kid in recruiting. That goes away at 8AM...

probably more then the max scholarship per class being cut from 25 to 24. Their last 3 classes featured 19, 21 & 23 kids.
