Nearly four dozen fossilized dinosaur eggs discovered in Heyuan

The recent discovery of nearly four dozen fossilized dinosaur eggs by construction workers in China left many people and scientists surprised.

The construction workers discovered fossilized eggs of extinct dinosaurs during roadwork in Heyuan City in China. In total, they discovered 43 fossilized dinosaur eggs.

The curator of Heyuan City's dinosaur Museum confirmed that at least 19 of the 43 eggs were still intact. The curator added that the eggs were up to a foot in diameter, which made them some of the largest dinosaur eggs discovered in recent years.
