Nets Looking at 2011 Free Agents As Well As 2010

In introducing Kiki Vandeweghe as the Nets new coach, Rod Thorn noted the team has “shed contracts to get under the salary cap” for the 2010 class of free agents, “as well as the 2011″. The 2011 class, while not as strong as the 2010 class, does include restricted free agents from the 2007 draft like Kevin Durant and Al Horford plus Pau Gasol and Tony Parker. The Nets hope to be in Brooklyn in 2011-12.
