So, is this something, or nothing?
 
Nothing if you mean trade. Something if you mean he doesn't have any friends on the team yet.
 
Well I for one hope Leonard was sitting alone and sulking because Stotts had ripped him a new one about his rebounding the last few games.
 
This whole season, Nic has been tweeting about kicking Vic's and "Joe's" asses on FIFA. They're apparently good friends. Meyers does seem like a dick tbh.

Dick is unfair. His college coach said he was very immature though. Also our big man stopped working with him earlier in the year (I read that somewhere) because he could not work with him.
 
It's the hoop summit, where the top < 18 amateur players from the World play vs the top US guys. It's been in PDX for the last few years.

The whole scenario I said was completely fictional, they were at the hoops summit so I doubt he even talked to Stotts today. Just pretty much said it hoping it happened at some point and time.
 
Ya know. I'm a bit down on Meyers but have not given up. I think this summer and next yr are huge for him on whether he has a future here. Who knows about the team dynamics.

Anymore you can remember of that? Could not work with him because he was so bad he refused to work with him or something like family obligations caused him to have to stop working with leonard?
 
Kim Hughes is our big man coach. He was supposed to be Leonard's primary coach. Where'd you hear that he stopped working with him?

whoa, this is totally new, is this Kim ? last name? That's IMO very impt as Meyer's badly needs a big man coach he listens to and learns from. If that does not happen, as raw as he is, that does not bode well.
 
MM you haven't been a big Leonard fan so I would hate for you to be embellishing this part about the big man coach not working anymore with Leonard. You have a link?

Ok, I scoured and only found where Stotts said he was having a different coach work with him because Meyers needed to hear a new voice. I know I read what I typed though, so it must have been a comment from someone. It's been quoted, so no reason to strike it.

Meyers is sitting with his girlfriend who is pregnant. She has been having terrible morning sickness so they sat near the aisle in case she had to run to the restroom to throw up.

MM here's one article from early March and they (Kim Hughes) seem to be "tight" saw another from Meyers "diary" or something as saw no change, seems a lot about nothing
