No, next season the Timbers will compete in MLS. The new logo unveiling is part of the lead up to next year.

As soon as the crest... er logo was unveiled the Timbers Army started booing (they already saw a leaked pic before on twitter) and within seconds the started a "Its so shitty its unbelievable" chant... and also a "You f*cked up" chant. People are saying that Merrit Paulson when confronted by some fans about it said "You can take your minor league logo and shove it up your ass"

I wasnt there for any of this and didnt see it happen, so take it FWIW.

lol while I agree with you. An owner still needs to keep his cool there. The reaction of the TA was also embarrassing... but also embarrassing for MP. Not a good day for either side IMO. But even you seemed to agree that the Logo on print looked shite, but the patch seemed nice.
