Wow not picked in the 2nd OR 3rd round. Teams must have not wanted all that extra baggage. Can you imagine how bad he did in his interviews for this to happen. Teams that NEED QBs have passed on him multiple times. WOW!

Chip doesn't need the headache.....I'd love for the Raiders to take him and Brady mentors him and burns that fire in him every day about the qbs taken before him.
Id figure he'd have an agent? You didn't hear what he did?!? Told teams to call him if they wanted him to work out for them, then he lost his phone and didn't tell anyone he got a new one and new number, including his agent. Teams thought he wasn't calling them back because he didn't want to play for them.
I figured Tez might not get drafted. At 150lbs he’s basically a tap tackle in the NFL.
A guy like Ewers should’ve just stayed in college. He would’ve made more money and his stock would’ve been higher.
Apple, tree, not far, or something.I heard a GM said that their interview with him was one of the worst he’s ever seen.
It seems pretty obvious his ego etc is not what NFL teams want with a QB.
I'd beg to differ with you on the talent part, the scouts saw what they saw, a guy who holds on to the ball too long, doesn't make reads, isn't super athletic and throws a ton of check down routes. He isn't excellent at anything according to the draft 'experts' and then you add in the drama surrounding him/Neon and it's easy to see why teams don't want the headache.$Sanders doesn't lack talent but his ability to interview decently seems to be the challenge.
I heard that assessment on ESPN?I'd beg to differ with you on the talent part, the scouts saw what they saw, a guy who holds on to the ball too long, doesn't make reads, isn't super athletic and throws a ton of check down routes. I think NIL also hurt him - he's getting big endorsement $ in college so just assumes he's going to get similar star treatment entering the NFL.Sanders was over rated by the media. He was mid level talent and then you add in his arrogance to not do Pro day, senior bowl and cocky enough to come to interviews unprepared or entitled made him drop even further.
He assumed his name carried more weight than it did. Media and his dad hyped him up but in the end it’s the talent you’re judged on.
I wish nothing but the best for him. I hope he is humbled, changes his attitude and becomes a superstar QB.

I've listened and read to quite a few draft 'experts' over the past few months and they all kind of came to the same conclusion on him. Sanders made some great plays but most of his 'big' plays come on downfield throws where guys are wide open, or check downs to a WR like Hunter where Hunter ended up doing most of the work. I never once watched Sanders play and thought he was a great QB, but only time will tell.I heard that assessment on ESPN?
Sanders had a bad o line and run game last year.
I think he will be better than all this hate he has received. Maybe not a superstar but I think he can be an Andy Dalton. The real test will be if guys in the locker room consider him a leader in the NFL. I'm not so sure.
