Period. I don't know why I keep picking them to win. I knew before that KC was going to win. They've been playing good football. I just thought... hey.... the Niners are due, right? Nope. They suck.

I would also like to reiterate that I hate the Cowboys. They burn me the first two weeks, AND NOW they decide to play good football the week I pick against them. Blow me Dallas!

Yep, i was kinda hoping they'd turn it around after keeping up with the Saints, but it is the Niners we're talking about here.

I thought they would be decent, but it doesn't look good for them.

And now the Saints are blowing a game that they should have won.... gotta say.... that kicker won't be employed long.

Hartley was a hero for them in the playoffs last year. I don't think he's going to get cut for that.

Hartley did make the one field goal that mattered the most.. but he really isn't a good kicker. They need to dump him.

lol, I knew the Cowboys were due for a win.

Kickers can go from hero to zero pretty quickly. They're easily interchangeable too. I could see him getting cut, he's been very inconsistent this year. The only reason he got the job last year is because Carney got hurt.

He did kick the FG that sent it into OT, didn't he? To me, it's completely ridiculous to think he would get cut after week 3.

Yeah, but he shanked a couple field goals in the opener at the Dome.

The kicks he makes look terrible too. I'm not saying he gets cut now, but they should find a replacement soon.

Yeah, I know, but what kicker that's available right now is better? They kinda have no choice but to wait til the offseason, unless it gets much worse.

Former Saints kicker John Carney will work out for N.O. this week. Saints must decide whether to go with replacement or Garrett Hartley.

John Carney is 46 so I'm not sure he is the best option.. unless they don't care about trying 40+ yard field goals. He's probably still very accurate from short.

Wasn't he injured? Not beat out I thought. I could be wrong though.

Yeah I forgot they could keep both. My Titans did that a few years back with Gary Anderson.

Anyone see that bullshit personal foul on the Dolphins just now? They called the DB for hitting above the shoulder pads, but the receiver turned after missing the pass and actually dove into the DB. There was no way the DB could have avoided that.

Hartley was suspended 4 games last year, so they picked up Carney to cover. When Hartley came back, they competed for the job and Hartley won. Carney stayed as a coach, though.

Trust me, I'm right. I know everything.

I'm not sure it matters that there are kickers who do well into their 40s, when this particular one already lost the job to Hartley in the past.

Once a kicker's confidence goes, it's over. Just ask Scott Norwood.

so what are you saying about Janikowski today? :)

I loved the video post-kick, where two or three guys just ripped their helmets off and slammed them to the turf.

Adam Schefter is reporting the Saints will carry two kickers. Carney and Kris Brown are trying out.

I will say this.... The Falcons/Saints and the Dolphins/Jets games were amazing. I'm really impressed with the Jets and Falcons.
