They fired 107 rounds and only 2 hit their target? In this instance it's a good thing but jeez, that's just sad.

You can't convict a cop for anything in this country. When Trump said he could literally shoot someone in broad daylight on 5th Avenue, he was trying to say that he was police officer.

Better than the average accuracy rate for police in shootings. They are probably the least competent/most dangerous gun owners in America.
