QUOTE

Joakim Noah, the Bulls high-flying rookie, won’t play when the Nets host the Bulls Wednesday and Ben Wallace is questionable, both hurting from ankle injuries. But ESPN is reporting that the Bulls and Lakers are talking daily about a deal that would send Kobe Bryant to Chicago. Chicago Sun-Times asks, perhaps in time for opening night? Talks appear serious.

Sources: Chicago still the most likely preference for Bryant
Kobe trade remains possibility for Bulls
Banged-up Bulls prepare for tipoff
Bulls' starting situation tricky due to injuries

Kobe in the East? That's a scary thought.

LOL I'd totally take RJ, Sean Williams and Marcus Williams for Kobe.

Wow. I could imagine Frank and them are workin hard...having to prepare to go against the current Bulls, and the Kobe Bulls.

Completely different gameplans for going against the team with or without Kobe. I don't envy the Nets' coaching staff right about now.

It would be funnier if he went to the Bulls and pulled a Tony Allen in like the first minute. Least for Net fans sake.

If the trade must happen, then I hope it will happen after we beat the Bulls in the first game, haha, get the win easily.

It doesn't matter. Nets will win the opener, even if they play them or trade for Kobe.
