I opened this thread up as a teaching experience. I normally don't do this on the board, but the entire thread is on the board and it involves two user groups. So I want to say a couple of quick things.
1. We are happy to have all of you here. That being said this is a Rangers forum, not a forum about each other. Conversations that you are used to from ESPN days are for the most part not constructive in any manner. We encourage all of you, mods and posters alike to talk Ranger hockey!
2. Keep personal feelings about each other off of the board. That goes for opinions from posters about mods, and yes, you mods about posters. Some people don't like it. Try and work things out via pm, or pm me.
I have talked to one of the mods in this forum about these very things. As I said I normally don't discuss all of this out in the open, always through pm, but I want to let both user groups know, I am explaining the best way to go forward from now on if you have a problem. In this case reporting a post is one of the answers. Pm is another, either to me, or ideally to each the two parties having differences.
I know at ESPN you were left on your own. I am here for both user groups. And I won't post a post on the public forum about situations such as this one ever again.
I am now closing the thread. Mods don't reopen it, don't delete it, let it work it's way off of the first page.
