I'm convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt, Hernandez is Guilty on all counts.......

but then I'm not a Juror, and wouldn't want to be one......gives me nightmares of the OJ Trial....

I saw every single day of the OJ trial, as I was out on Medical-DL at work after a major surgery, and why no one pointed out the facts, like those effing gloves did indeed fit OJ, they were his beyond doubt, and no one pointed out how Leather shrinks when its been dipped in blood or other fluids........


and how in the hell does all of OJ's ex-wife, get all over that Bronco.....?

It's completely related. When it goes to a jury you never know. That being said I don't see how he gets off. This seems lIke despiration from the defense.
 
I don't see how they can prove he was the actual trigger man, do they have lesser charges to deliberate?

I think lesser charges are always on the table for the jury in these murder cases.

Only if the prosecutor filed for those lesser charges as well. They typically do, but not always. Not sure here.

That said, w/o turning an accomplice to finger him on the trigger, can't make that stick.
 
...and they still have no motive nor the murder weapon.

One slick move after another. OJ never wore his leather gloves over cotton ones. Its a simple known fact His gloves shrunk a size or two, basic mentality 101, which a Jury Leaning so hard to the LAPD, showing regression, hatred for any and all Law Enforcement. That much was obvious, the Jury had a point to make trumping true fair Justice, by playing the race card. Such BS should be inadmissible as Frivolous. This State voted to shut out frivolity suits, 19 years ago.....(yet it still happens)....

His blood saturated, NTM-facts proving with no doubt, the gloves were his. Right down to tracing use of Credit and/or Banking Cards, and clarification, those gloves were a Xmas present, leaving another traceable witness. The entire scandalous mockery of the Justice system, proved this place, So. Cal, is damn near broken in half.

Those expensive ass gloves. The same ones he wore in a Thanksgiving Telecast, and brought his Wife on the field, during the end of game, which Lett iced a. The Leon Lett's Cowboys vs Miami in Dallas, and 2 feet of snow

Your right, the defense proved to powerful for Clark and Darden, rookies they looked ass end embarrassed, yet I liked Dardens getting pissed off event. It was obvious he wanted no part of that Case. Right from the start, the LA-DA was ripe for destroying, with his le coup de grace fk ups..........Over Matched beyond any group of Defense Lawyers, for any case,

Outmatched, and Over Classed, the Lords of Laywers, infamy from these cases alone:

Sam Shepherd
The Boston Strangler
Patty Hearst

Then we had the slick Johnny racist Cochran, and its not necessary to even mention his previous big Name representation to the Stars, and Pedophiles...fk him, another Sharpton, Jackson, but with a Law Degree....

Robert Shapiro, masterful and going very strong. A master strategist.

Like I said if the DA would of said no to a change in venue, from Santa Monica Courts, to Downtown Court, the Jury would of hung OJ out, like Petrocelli did in the Civil Trial. Had OJ of been tried for Nicoles murder in the judicial district, which both OJ & Nicole lived in, with Santa Monica, district governed.

A Criminal Trial in Santa Monica, would of fried OJ alive. There would if at all be one token black. In the real trial not far from Skid Row (literally), a Biased racists, IGNORANT bunch of ass holes with chips on their shoulders threw the verdict, and thats that, end of story....!:topicclosed:
