I don't get why anyone thinks the Simpsons have sucked for a while. Obviously they hit the ground running in '89, largely b/c they were the first cartoon with swearing and just how generally funny they were (and still are , if you ask me). I still think the show is funny as hell and have ever since it's inception. I'd agree that some of their more recent episodes aren't quite as funny as the good 'ol days, but I still laugh out loud at least once during every episode to this day. Do you really think they're not funny enough to watch at present? I friggin' love the show. Prob my fav show ever tbh.
