So they have about 1 employee for every 4 students. More than I'd expect. I wonder if that is counting a lot of fluff though, like students working in the grill or at the library?
 
super quick, potentially inaccurate search got me 5000 UO graduates, 4500 employees.

You assume each of the 4 years has an equal population. I'd guess that half of September freshmen never graduate. Maybe a quarter of sophomores. So the ratio is less than 1 new graduate per 4 undergraduates. But add graduate students and it goes back toward 1:4, so I don't know.

Anyway, this is why college costs so much.

Nope, just looked at the total student count on that website. :ghoti:
 
Don't forget to take into account all the student jobs...it's not a large number but some do qualify as both
