The US Supreme Court has ruled that a corporation may also be consider a person.

Under Obamacare, people can be excluded from mandatory conscription due to religious reasons.

I know that many churches are exempt from the law. But what about companies owned by religious people or with religious core values? Can they be considered an individual and find an exemption?

Since corporations are people they should all be taxed at the same rate as people, and sent to prison when they commit crimes just like people.

Corporations already pay taxes via the people they employ. I pay ~48% of my income via the income tax in my LLC. I'm incorporated because it is a legal protection in terms of liability, and small businesses couldn't exist without that protection from the government or large publicly traded companies.

I laugh at the clowns who have no idea what a "corporation" really means in terms of taxation. It's like this board is full of morons at times. Morons who can't stop themselves from talking about things that they have never once experienced.

When corporations break the law, I agree that those responsible should go to jail. All too often this does not happen.
