I don't think Norm would've become what he has if he'd stayed with us. Same as Jermaine O'Neal and Zach Randolph. Sometimes they need a change of scenery to flourish. We had too many small guards - I'm nothing but happy for Norm. Of course, it didn't work out so well for RoCo, did it?

Well, yes, on offense. I would never have guessed that Portland Randolph could be part of a mediocre defensive frontcourt, let alone the elite one in Memphis. And even if he had been good on defense, he needed to grow up and shed the entourage.

Westbrook is on a vet minimum, so paid less than Murray, and didn't cost the Nugggets a first round pick or Josh Hart so I'd say those are great numbers.

Westbrook has been incredibly consistent over the past decade as he's bounced around the league. He'll go to a new team and start TERRIBLY, and everyone will gloat. Then he'll settle in and produce his usual great numbers (and a very few people will point this out, like his loyal pal here, while everyone else prefers the Bodie=cancer narrative and keep quiet). And then he'll kind of flame out in the playoffs and it's off to a new team, leaving behind more teammates who love him, because he's always popular with his teammates.
