Just remember it's all about letting the parents relive their youth vicariously through their children. As long as you play favorites and breed unhealthy competition in the little tikes, you'll be doing you job. Have fun!

One of my best friends is a teacher/coach in the Portland Public Schools. He was recently honored as a COY but I doubt he returns much longer. Jizz moppers get treated better than educators nowadays. And it's only getting worse.

Also pick one kid and treat him better than everyone else like shop teachers do.

You mean like my grandson. He will be 9 years old next month and already 5' 1" tall about 110 pounds. Wth?
