Too strict. It'll get voted down. If it doesn't go down the Supreme Court will over rule it, setting precident and restricting future attempts at gun control.

Yep. Just before the drastic increases in gun violence...

They can make clips that hold however many rounds you want..... That's not difficult to get around. I'm not a fan of handguns personally...don't see them adding anything to the safety of society and they are almost exclusively used against people, not game. As it stands it's not an inconvenience to reload a gun that's empty.
