I thought we were doing much, much better in this area. Factors like a strong pass defense and amount of time our defense is on the field comes into play. YPR would be a more accurate national ranking stat.

Oregon ranks last in the Pac-12 and 108th in the nation in rushing defense, yielding 229 yards per game. The Ducks, however, are No. 1 in the conference and 25th in the nation in pass efficiency defense.
