I had it when I was like 12 or 13. I think it is when the bone grows faster than the muscle but I can't really remember... it's something to do with growth in the knee.</p>

I remember being at the movie theater and having to go up stairs, and I was in tears it hurt so bad. On the way down the stairs I had to sit down on the steps and pretty much crawl down them. So embarassing!</p>

I used to have it too, its gone away now though, thankfully. I remember it being very painful at times.
